If word of mouth around the local streets of Tring have not carried our reputation far enough, Culture Bakery has been a staple of the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire culinary scene for almost five years now. As a wholesale business, we have been supplying independent and innovating local businesses since 2017, and have taken the exciting step of opening our first café on Tring High Street in the December of 2021. Here we welcome all to enjoy a hand made pastry with an excellent coffee, prepared by highly skilled artisan bakers and delivered by the friendliest of staff.
As a growing business and team, we are currently in the process of moving premises to a larger production unit and are looking for skilled bakers who have experience working with viennoiserie and sourdough bread to join our team.
Candidates must be
experienced working with viennoiserie and sourdough bread
able to work evenings and weekends
creative and interested in developing new recipes and products
a good team player
Responsibilities include
producing baked goods to the highest quality
ensuring cleanliness and order of the bakery
taking regular stock checks and ordering of ingredients
complying with food safety regulations
Benefits of the role include
£25,000 - £30,000 based on experience
